How to read these numbers
Rental yield
Net operating income divided by property value. BRIXXR models distributions monthly or quarterly once a property is stabilized.
Appreciation
The projected change in the underlying property value. Appreciation is only realized on a sale or a secondary-market trade.
Fees
Platform and asset-management fees are deducted from gross yield before distributions are modeled.
