PRIVACY

Your Privacy Matters

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Introduction

Thank you for visiting the BRIXXR performance marketing partner network website (the "Site"). BRIXXR ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of your personally identifiable information. You must agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, including our use of cookies, in order to register an account ("Account") with the BRIXXR performance marketing partner network ("Performance Marketing Partner Network"). If you do not agree, you are not authorized to register for an Account on the Performance Marketing Partner Network.

Third‑Party Portal

When you register for an Account, we use a password‑protected third‑party portal to store your personal information, and we may share your personal information with such third party ("Third‑Party Agent") as is necessary for the performance of your Account and the Performance Marketing Partner Network.

Personally Identifiable Information

We collect personally identifiable information when you register for an Account or otherwise choose to provide it. This may include business entity name and/or your title, e‑mail address, mailing address, phone numbers, account information (for payments), IP address, and any other information requested on the registration form.

Non‑Personally Identifiable Information

We may collect non‑personal information such as browser type, operating system, and ISP domain when you visit the Site or register for an Account. We use this information to improve the Site and personalize your experience, and in the aggregate to analyze usage.

Cookies, Web Beacons and Ad Identifiers

We use strictly‑necessary and functional cookies to operate and improve the Site. Cookies may be managed for us by third parties and used only as necessary to provide services. We may also use web beacons (pixel tags/clear GIFs) on the Site, in your Account, or in our emails to deliver cookies, count visits, and determine whether emails are opened and acted upon.

You can disable cookies in most internet browsers. An overview of cookie management is available atallaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies. Disabling cookies will not, however, stop receipt of all advertisements. If you would like to opt out of a particular ad network, publisher, or advertiser’s ads, please contact those companies directly to inquire whether they offer an opt‑out option.

End users can disable collection of ad identifiers for targeted advertising by enabling the Limit Ad Tracking (or similar) setting on their mobile device. End users can also reset the ad identifier using the device’s privacy settings.

Where applicable, we abide by Google’s Third‑Party Ad Serving Policy. SeeGoogle Ads policy.

Use of Information

We use your information to operate your Account, communicate with you (including sending information regarding your Account and the Performance Marketing Partner Network), track compliance with our Terms and Conditions, validate and improve content, and for feedback purposes. We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements, gather broad demographic information, and confirm consent to legal terms (e.g., clickwrap agreements). You agree that we, or our Third‑Party Agent, may contact you at any time regarding your Account or information we deem appropriate in connection with your Account. You may update your contact preferences as set forth below.

Opting Out of Receiving E‑mail

You may choose to stop receiving emails containing general information regarding BRIXXR at any time by following the instructions at the end of each such email or by contacting us. If contacted by our Third‑Party Agent through email, you can follow the instructions at the end of that email to stop receiving such emails. There may be a short delay of up to several business days while your request is verified and processed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may continue to contact you to communicate information relating to your Account and to respond to inquiries or requests you make.

Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a clear and conspicuous notice on the Site explaining that the policy has changed. All changes take effect immediately upon posting. Please check the Site periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site and/or acceptance of our email communications following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of any and all changes.

You acknowledge that you provide your personally identifiable information to us with knowledgeable consent and at your own risk.

Deleting and Updating Your Information

If you would like to delete or update the personally identifiable information that we have collected from you, please email us. We will process your request, where possible and subject to applicable terms, within a reasonable period of time after receipt. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information except as described in this policy. We may share information with third‑party administrative vendors to provide program management services, and disclose information as required by law, in connection with corporate transactions, to enforce our policies, in disputes, or to protect rights and prevent fraud.

International Transfers

We may transfer information to affiliates or third parties across borders. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the use and disclosure of information as described herein.
